GitKraken Resources for Schools

In Partnership with the GitHub Campus Program

When students are getting started using Git for version control it can be confusing, but it doesn’t have to be.  GitKraken Client helps make the process easier, which is why we offer GitKraken Client On-Premise, free for teachers and students at universities through the GitHub Campus Program. It’s serverless, works on air-gapped networks, and doesn’t require individual accounts. It’s one of our On-Premise options that would typically cost $227 per user key.
"I recommend GitKraken to my students because the visual representation of the change history helps them understand the complex branching and forking features of Git. GitKraken also makes it easy to accomplish common tasks."
